In Hungary we operate a single generation asset: With a net capacity of 428 MW, the gas-fired Gönyü power plant near Györ can provide more than 600,000 homes in northwest Hungary with reliable and environmentally-friendly energy.
Since its commissioning in 2011, the plant plays an important role in securing Hungary’s energy supply. With a net efficiency of 59% it is one of the most advanced and efficient facilities of its type in the country.
