Ensuring a reliable energy supply
With about 34 GW of installed generation capacity, we are among the largest global power generators. Our core generation markets in Europe are Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and the Netherlands. We also operate one gas-fired power plant in Hungary. In Russia we operate five power plants in key key industrial regions (Central Russia, Urals, and Western Siberia); they provide about 5 percent of the country’s total energy needs.
